He'll be 75 in two weeks.
He started mobility exercises last January and has made progress in movements like lowering himself to the floor without using his hands. He couldn't do this last year, but thanks to daily hip mobility exercises, he can do it—not easy, but possible. It's a crucial movement for older adults, and he doesn't want to lose it.
His future self will thank him.🙏🤸‍♀️💪

✨ Happy New Year ✨

🍀👏A new year begins.😃💪
New hopes, new intentions, new promises to ourselves.

Almost everyone knows that yoga is good.
For the body.
For the mind.
For the soul.

And yet… so many people never begin.
Not because they don’t care.
Not because they are lazy.
But because starting is the hardest part.

We wait to feel ready.
We wait for motivation.
We wait for the “right moment”.

But yoga doesn’t ask for perfection.
It doesn’t ask for flexibility or strength.
It only asks for one thing — your first step.
In the new year, I wish you less pressure and more kindness toward yourself.

Less “I should” and more “I try”.
Less waiting — and more presence.
You don’t have to change your whole life.
You just have to begin.

This year, maybe yoga will not be a goal…
but a gentle companion on your journey 💫
