Hello! I hope you are all enjoying your summer. As we head into the fall and winter season, I'd like you to know that I will be out for surgery sometime in November with an estimated recovery of 6 weeks. Depending on the date, I could be out for most of November or December or mix of both, but I will do my best to accommodate bookings before and after. I will let you all know as I find out more and hopefully I will have an exact date shortly. Thank you for understanding!

Somatics focuses on the internal experience within one's body. This can be achieved through exercises or hands on techniques. We have come to the time of year when the roads aren't always safe, or you may even find yourself snowed in! I totally get it! If you are not able to make it in due to poor weather conditions, please let me know a minimum of 1 hr prior to your treatment to avoid the cancellation fee. I go into my office by appointment, so this allows me to stay off the roads as well if you don't intend to come in.
