Good Morning! I have received a surgery date for Oct 2nd and will be out of office for recovery until Nov 16th if all goes well. Gift cards will still be available for purchase online.

Hello! I hope you are all enjoying your summer. As we head into the fall and winter season, I'd like you to know that I will be out for surgery sometime in November with an estimated recovery of 6 weeks. Depending on the date, I could be out for most of November or December or mix of both, but I will do my best to accommodate bookings before and after. I will let you all know as I find out more and hopefully I will have an exact date shortly. Thank you for understanding!

I'm happy to say we have added Somatic Body Work and Coaching to our service menu! Treatments are available through 30 minute add ons or 60 minute stand alone sessions. Somatics focuses on the internal experience within one's body. This can be achieved through exercises or hands on techniques. We have come to the time of year when the roads aren't always safe, or you may even find yourself snowed in! I totally get it! If you are not able to make it in due to poor weather conditions, please let me know a minimum of 1 hr prior to your treatment to avoid the cancellation fee. I go into my office by appointment, so this allows me to stay off the roads as well if you don't intend to come in.

Transcend Wellness Studio has always been, and always will be a safe space for all.

Ideally, health care and adjunctive health care should be a place of acceptance and healing, where everyone is treated with equality, dignity and respect. Unfortunately, for many people in marginalized communities, including the LGBTQ+ community, this is not always the case. Many members of the community do not feel comfortable seeking health care for themselves for fear of judgment.

I thought quite long and hard if I was going to make a Pride Month post as a business. I do not wish for the post to come off as a mere expression of rainbow-capitalism when the LGBTQ+ fights a continuously long and gruelling battle for basic rights and dignity all year round. With the recent public discussions on LGBTQ+ rights, I wanted to make it more than clear that Transcend Wellness Studio has always, and will always, stand with the LGBTQ+ community.

We are a proudly q***r owned and operated business. Normally, I would not feel this is relevant to discuss, however, given the recent public discourse, I wanted to add my voice and ensure that members of my community know beyond any doubt that my studio is a safe space.

LGBTQ+ rights are human rights and are not up for debate. Any hateful comments will be deleted.
