** SUSSEX LOCATION **
Clarence Farm Services is looking to add a reliable and friendly individual to our team at our retail feed store in Sussex. This is a part time position (approx. 20 hours per week, some Saturdays required).
Your responsibilities would include processing retail transactions, answering/directing customer inquiries in person and over the phone, assisting in the feed warehouse and helping unload trailer orders if needed. We do sell chickens, ducks, and rabbits over the summer months, so you must be comfortable with handling live animals.
The ability to lift 50 lbs is required, as this can be a physically demanding position depending on the day.
Having knowledge of pets, livestock, hobby farming/agriculture and gardening would be considered assets but are not required.
You must have good customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
