A huge benefit with small group training is that working out with a group motivates you to work harder and is always more FUN than doing it on your own and time flies by! Having the same group every week also gives you an extra sense of accountability to keep showing up for your crew and for YOURSELF. 💖
Sessions are held in a PRIVATE small group setting with only 5-6 spots available. No previous experience is required to attend as various options will be provided that are suitable for all fitness levels. Classes are perfect for anyone getting started or for those who already love to lift and want to check their form and get the most out of their workouts.

Class Description
Strength Training: uses a variety of resistance training equipment and training formats to deliver an amazing full body workout in every session. Become familiar with doing exercises using different equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bands, suspension trainers (TRX), balls and even your own bodyweight. The training plans will vary weekly so things stay fresh and exciting and you can keep pushing yourself in new ways. Sessions run 45-50 minutes and include a warm up and full body stretch.
