Mat Pilates 🧘‍♀️💖✨️

🗓️ Starting January 22nd
📍 7 Peter Street, Sussex, NB

The 6 week session begins Thursday, January 22nd and runs until February 26th.

Classes will be kept small and will be held in a private studio that offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. All fitness and experience levels are welcomed

Class Description:
A full body mat based workout consisting of bodyweight exercises that focus on strengthening deep core, pelvic floor, glutes, low back, hips and thighs. Classes are low impact on joints but big on results that will have you moving through your day with more ease, confidence and energy. The use of light dumbbells, ankle/wrist weights, bands, balls, and blocks will enhance muscle engagement and build on the mind body connection while making classes more fun and interesting.

💥Sculpt - Sweat - Smile💥
(Strength + FUN Cardio Mix)

This week class will be:
DUMBBELLS + DANCE FITNESS

Passes are available and drop ins are welcome. :)

Class Description:
Each 50 minute class will be half FUN Uplifting Cardio and half Full Body Strength Training.
Class Schedule and format description will be posted weekly.

A new round of Total Body Pilates starts this evening at 6:30pm. 🧘‍♀️✨️

If Tuesdays don't work for your schedule, there is also a Mat Pilates Class beginning this Thursday at 6:45pm with 2 SPOTS AVAILABLE. The main difference being that the work is all done on the mat with no standing exercises.

Class Description:

Total Body Pilates:
Classes deliver full body strength conditioning with a core focus. Pilates and Barre exercises are paired with the use of bands, balls, and light dumbbells to strengthen, lengthen and tone from head to toe. Every session ends with a full body stretch to help support recovery, improve flexibility and encourage relaxation and peace of mind. This class is beginner friendly as suitable options will be demonstrated for all experience levels.

After completely transforming my own life by adapting a more active lifestyle and a natural food approach I’m passionate about helping others who are on their path to wellness and healthier living. I know first hand that movement, real food, self love and a positive perspective on life are key to wellness of the body, mind and soul. I will always be on a path of continued growth personally and have been blessed with meeting and being inspired by many great people along the way and therefore find great joy in being that beacon for those who need guidance on their journey to living well.
