ENERGIZED Fun Cardio Mix Class:

๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™€๏ธThe new Mat Pilates session is scheduled to start this week. A couple more are required to meet the class minimum.

These classes are perfect for anyone getting started with strength training or for those who already love to lift and want to check their form and get the most out of their workouts.

Come get familiar with the equipment and exercises while learning proper form and technique. The small group setting allows personalized instruction and encourages participants to adapt their training experience to align with their own individual body and goals.

Join me for the new round of Mat Pilates classes starting in April.

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
A full body mat based workout consisting of bodyweight exercises that focus on strengthening deep core, pelvic floor, glutes, low back, hips and thighs. Classes are low impact on joints but big on results that will have you moving through your day with more ease, confidence and energy. The use of light dumbbells, ankle/wrist weights, bands, balls, and blocks will enhance muscle engagement and build on the mind body connection while making classes more fun and interesting.

There is availability for Small Group Strength Training Classes. ๐Ÿ‹โ€โ™€๏ธโœจ๏ธ

Current Openings:
Wednesday: 5:30pm - 2 SPOTS
Thursday: 5:45pm - 2 SPOTS

If you enjoy working out in a group but want personalized coaching and support from a Trainer, grab one of these spots.

A huge benefit with small group training is that working out with a group motivates you to work harder and is always more FUN than doing it on your own. Having the same group every week also gives you an extra sense of accountability to keep showing up for your crew and for YOURSELF. ๐Ÿ’–

Sessions are held in a PRIVATE small group setting with only 5-6 spots available. No previous experience is required to attend as various options will be provided that are suitable for all fitness levels.

Class Description
Strength Training: uses a variety of resistance training equipment and training formats to deliver an amazing full body workout in every session. Become familiar with doing exercises using different equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bands, suspension trainers (TRX), balls and even your own bodyweight. The training plans will vary weekly so things stay fresh and exciting and you can keep pushing yourself in new ways. Sessions run 45-50 minutes and include a warm up and full body stretch. Cost: $90 for 6 weeks

My Story

After completely transforming my own life by adapting a more active lifestyle and a natural food approach Iโ€™m passionate about helping others who are on their path to wellness and healthier living. I know first hand that movement, real food, self love and a positive perspective on life are key to wellness of the body, mind and soul. I will always be on a path of continued growth personally and have been blessed with meeting and being inspired by many great people along the way and therefore find great joy in being that beacon for those who need guidance on their journey to living well. Whether you have been on this road for years and want to take things to the next level or are just taking your first steps I am here to provide you with individualized planning, support and knowledge to help you achieve your goals.
