Get yourself to class this week! There will be no classes next week.

Passes are available for Group Fitness Classes (8:30am + 6:30pm). We have 4 more weeks left in the session.

Small Group Strength Availability:

💥SPOTS OPEN for SMALL GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING💥

Training Availability:
Tuesday: 5:30pm - 1 SPOT
Wednesday: 5:30pm - 2 SPOTS
Thursday: 5:45pm - 1 SPOT

All of these time slots are available beginning next week.

If you enjoy working out in a group but want coaching and support from a Personal Trainer, grab one of these spots while they are still open.

A huge benefit with small group training is that working out with a group motivates you to work harder and is always more FUN than doing it on your own. Having the same group every week also gives you an extra sense of accountability to keep showing up for your crew and for YOURSELF. 💖

Sessions are held in a PRIVATE small group setting with only 5-6 spots available. No previous experience is required to attend as various options will be provided that are suitable for all fitness levels.

Class Description
Strength Training: uses a variety of resistance training equipment and training formats to deliver an amazing full body workout in every session. Become familiar with doing exercises using different equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bands, suspension trainers (TRX), balls and even your own bodyweight. The training plans will vary weekly so things stay fresh and exciting and you can keep pushing yourself in new ways. Sessions run 45-50 minutes and include a warm up and full body stretch.

A new round of Kick 🍑 Core classes starts tonight.

Passes are still available and drop ins are always welcome. :)

Class Description
Kick 🍑 Core:
Cardio Kickboxing + B***y Building + Core Conditioning + Full Body Strech = ONE AMAZING WORKOUT
Start with a 25 minute high-energy kickboxing inspired workout that targets the entire body and delivers major core conditioning. Improve speed, stamina, coordination and balance while building strength and self-confidence. Fun drills that blend powerful strike combos with bodyweight aerobics for an amazing workout.
The next 25 minutes is dedicated to strengthening hips, glutes, inner/outer thighs and core. This will include mat and standing exercises and will get you comfortable using different equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bands, suspension trainers (TRX), balls and even your own bodyweight. Class will be finished with a nice relaxing full body stretch.

Morning Pilates this Summer!
☀️July 8th - August 12th☀️

TUESDAY MORNINGS
8:30am - 9:15am

*Note: there will be no class on Tuesday, July 22nd.

Class Description:

Total Body Pilates 🧘‍♀️
Classes deliver full body strength conditioning with a core focus. Pilates and Barre exercises are paired with the use of bands, balls, and light dumbbells to strengthen, lengthen and tone from head to toe. Every session ends with a full body stretch to help support recovery, improve flexibility and encourage relaxation and peace of mind. This class is beginner friendly as suitable options will be demonstrated for all experience levels. (Registration Cost: $50)

My Story

After completely transforming my own life by adapting a more active lifestyle and a natural food approach I’m passionate about helping others who are on their path to wellness and healthier living. I know first hand that movement, real food, self love and a positive perspective on life are key to wellness of the body, mind and soul. I will always be on a path of continued growth personally and have been blessed with meeting and being inspired by many great people along the way and therefore find great joy in being that beacon for those who need guidance on their journey to living well. Whether you have been on this road for years and want to take things to the next level or are just taking your first steps I am here to provide you with individualized planning, support and knowledge to help you achieve your goals.
