I'm thrilled to have taken part in today's run supporting Sussex Area Domestic Violence Outreach and Sussex Vale Transition House! It was amazing to reconnect with friends and meet new like-minded people working together for positive change. I finished the day feeling inspired, energized, and rocking a vibrant purple glow! 💜 Huge congratulations to all organizers and participants!

T’was a beauty of a morning for a winter Walk and Talk session with one of my oldest and dearest clients. What a delight! Nature and movement can definitely enhance the therapeutic experience and lead to deeper insight and processing. 🌲 🏃‍♀️ ❄️

Watching the snow fall at Nature and Nurture Counseling Therapy during this Winter Solstice. What a beautiful morning for some virtual appointments!
I’ve been quietly working away on this new space and am excited to be returning to in-person appointments in the new location in the New Year 💕
