Our doctors and nurse practitioners are actively working through the provincial 811 patient registry to connect patients with primary care.

If you’re currently on the list, please take a moment to ensure your contact information is up to date. This helps us reach you without delays when your name comes up.

Important reminders:
➡️ All primary care placements must come through the 811 registry
➡️ The clinic cannot add patients directly
➡️ Keeping your information current helps move the process along

If you’re looking for a family physician and aren’t yet registered, call 811 or visit the Government of New Brunswick website to add your name.

🚭 Important Safety Reminder

We kindly ask all visitors and community members to respect Smoke-free Places Act and refrain from smoking within the required distance from building entrances (minimum 3 metres / ~10 feet).

Additionally, our garden beds are not a place to dispose of cigarette butts.

Yesterday, we experienced a small fire on the property that was fortunately put out quickly. While no one was harmed, this situation could have become very dangerous.

We take the safety of our patients, staff, and community seriously, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

Dr. Ward offers a Women’s Health Clinic every second Wednesday afternoon at ARK Health Collective.

Appointments are required, and we are currently booking approximately 1 month in advance.

To book an appointment:
📞 Call 506-433-2300 and select option 2

Please leave:
• Your full name
• A phone number to reach you
• A brief description of why you need an appointment

Messages will be returned within 72 open-hours.

This clinic supports non-urgent women’s health concerns including:
• Pap tests
• Breast exams
• Contraception
• Pregnancy follow-up
• Menopause symptom management
• STI screening
• Infertility screening
• IUD removal
• Menstrual concerns
• Gynecologic exams

Please note:
• This clinic does not provide general check-ups or medication refills for unrelated conditions

• IUD insertions are not offered, however referrals can be provided and required testing can be completed beforehand

For urgent concerns, please visit your nearest emergency department.
