Support for the People Who Love Someone in Recovery

Loving someone who struggles with substance use can feel overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting.

SMART Recovery for Family & Friends is a supportive group designed specifically for those impacted by a loved one’s substance use.

This program focuses on:

⭐ Understanding addiction through evidence-based approaches
⭐ Building resilience and support

You don’t have to carry this alone.

Sophia Recovery Centre at ARK Health Collective offers a safe, welcoming space for women and families navigating substance use, and all services are offered free of charge, thanks to generous funding partners and donors.
