Our non-residential programs are designed to meet women where they are — offering peer mentoring, group workshops, wellness programs, and recovery support in a compassionate, judgment-free environment. 🌿

💬 Whether you’re taking the first step toward recovery or walking alongside someone who is, Sophia is here to help.

All of our services are free of charge, thanks to the generosity of our donors and partners.

October 15 is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day — a day to honour the little lives gone too soon and the families who carry their memory every day.

We acknowledge the profound grief that comes with miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss. Though words can never fully heal, we see you, we remember with you, and we hold space for your story.
To those who have experienced loss — you are not alone.

Our community stands beside you, and support is available through counselling and peer programs within the ARK Health Collective and local partners.
🕯️ At 7:00 PM, we join the Wave of Light — a global moment of remembrance where candles are lit for one hour to symbolize love and connection that transcends time and distance.

✔️ The system uses this info to match you with the right provider when openings occur.

This is the only way to be added to a primary care waitlist in NB — clinics like ours cannot add patients directly.
