It’s Brain Health Awareness Month

One important part of brain health we don’t always think about?
Concussions.

A concussion is a type of brain injury that can happen from a fall, sport, accident, or impact and symptoms aren’t always obvious right away.

Signs of a concussion may include:
🧠 Headache or pressure in the head
🧠 Sensitivity to light or noise
🧠 Brain fog or trouble concentrating
🧠 Fatigue or feeling “off”
🧠 Nausea

It’s important to take symptoms seriously and give your brain time to heal.
Early support and proper management can make a big difference in recovery.

If you or your child may have experienced a concussion, don’t ignore the signs getting assessed is the first step toward healing.
