When's the last time you changed your CPAP mask?

Do you find your mask won't hold a seal? Are you waking up to the sound of air escaping from the mask? Is the headgear of your mask stretched? These are a few signs telling you that you're due for a new mask. 😴

It is recommended that you replace your CPAP mask every 6 months due to the mask breaking down and stretching, which can result in leaks. If you have private health insurance, most plans will cover you for 2 masks per year!
