Here I am 8 years ago holding my first reflexology baby and my first assisted birth.

I told Vick if anything happens and she needs me to message and I’m there even if I’m hunting, I’ll drop everything and come. I packed my hospital bag the night before just in case.

Off to the hunting stand in the morning cell phone in hand and volume on😉 I wasn’t missing this. The call came in and off I went like a flash of orange, grabbed my gun and we ran to the car.

Changed and grabbed my bag and off to Saint-John contractions had stopped and the drip wasn’t working. In I fly and get right to work on her feet and two hours later we had a baby.

Dad wasn’t doing so great at the time. So we got him a chair and I took a leg.

The most Amazing experience of my life, way better than watching calves being born.

Happy 8th Birthday you sweet sweet little B.

Teeth, you are actually older than your teeth. We are not born with teeth, they have to grow. Another thing about teeth is we loose the first set we grow and then grow what is referred to as our adult teeth.

No, other body part to my current knowledge does this. Amazing right!!!!

Your teeth also, can tell you what’s going on with your health.

Those of you that have had teeth removed, look at the organ associated with it, maybe there is an imbalance in the body.

What do you do?

The answer is not always straight forward and simple but ultimately you need to balance the organ or system.

How do you do that?

Reflexology helps balance the body as a whole and if YOUR body has the resources to do so, it will.

Everything is everywhere. Why? We got big news !!!

We have expanded. Feet2Feelings will have its own classroom and workshop plus another treatment room.

Happy Friday everybody and Happy Spring.

Please note that the clinic will be closed this Friday until March 31st as I need some personal time.

I will not be answering messages or emails during this time.

If you have pain … press the center pad of your thumbs and your big toes. If you have constipation massage the arch of your foot and the palms of your hands. If you’re experiencing head related issues rub your ear lobes.

20-30 seconds 3x. Revisit as needed check in with your self. Above all solar plexus my people you know this point, it’s where my thumbs land when you take a deep breathe.

For those of you that don’t know solar plexus, it’s between your 3rd and 4th finger just under the knuckles. When you press in take a deep breath, when you exhale release pressure.

When I was young I would doodle and draw and paint. When I got older I would write in diaries as a means of releasing all the s**t inside. The good the bad and the ugly.

Did anyone else do that?

It’s been years since I’ve sat and intentionally wrote or created in a journal.

I started March off with just that a workshop with a new friend Jesse-Lynn Jenkins of Sacred Hearts. It was an intimate group that just happened to be all female energy.

We had everything we needed to create our journal, including the journal🙏❤️.

A quiet calm creative energy came over the group as we all worked away at creating our little masterpieces. Then we all showed our work and much conversation erupted and laughter. 🤭

But for me while this was all happening i couldnt help but notice all the memories that came back from childhood. The good the bad and the ugly, but it all appeared differently.

Having gain more knowledge and awareness i have the ability to look at it all differently and from a broader perspective and a balanced plate.

In order to build something, sometimes you have to tear something down.

Keep only the lessons and the blessings and let the rest go.

It’s the same old s**t just looks diffirent cause it’s decomposed a little.

Also healing looks different for everyone. It could be
talk therapy,
massage,
chiropractors,
acupuncture,
meditation,
aromatherapy,
nutrition

it could be all of it or some of it.

It could be using
paint,
crayons,
canvas,
magazines,
journals,
grounding,
nature,
water,

but whatever it is, try to strive to find your thing or things to release the pressure and the conversations that you keep telling yourself.

THAT ARE NOT TRUE!!!!! Because someone said something or did something that you also agreed .

Using theses modalities is another way with intention and purpose to move out that old stagnant depleted used energy that is no longer serving your higher purpose.

I would suggest participating in one of Jesse’s workshops and Pamela Cail’s as well.
