Ahh March, the big tease to warmer weather. Today on the ridge we've got snow, hail, rain and bursts of sunshine – sometimes all at the same time! 😂

I used to be impatient with March in New Brunswick. These days, I can appreciate that good things take time.

Just like the weather, healing too isn’t always linear. Some days are sunshine on your face, others are cold to the bone. But eventually, in good ol' Maritime fashion, we get to where we can fully enjoy a day in the elements 😉

And so while it doesn't quite look like it yet, spring is officially here! And honestly, there's no better time to get a headstart on your health and vitality than springtime 🌱
