Charlie has been putting his new skeletal realignment skills to work this past week. Until he attended the class last weekend, he never laid on anyone.

Now, with clients permission, he has joined me in helping clients find relief from their physical pain and symptoms. He is a natural.

What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses the vibrations of instruments like singing bowls, drums, and didgeridoos to bring your mind and body into a state of harmony. These sound waves help quiet the busy mind, relieve tension, and support your body’s natural healing processes. Many people experience reduced stress, improved sleep, and a greater sense of clarity and peace after a session.

What to Expect:
During a sound immersion, you’ll simply relax—either seated or lying down—while I play a variety of instruments in a thoughtfully curated sequence. The sounds and vibrations wash over you, helping you release what no longer serves you and inviting in a sense of calm and renewal. No prior experience is needed; just bring an open mind and a willingness to unwind.
