Our Story
I was introduced to yoga early on as I curiously watched or practiced with my mother throughout my childhood. Once I myself became a Mother I was drawn back into Yoga applying the principles on and off the mat and have now been teaching for the last 5 years after graduating from Amana Yoga in Nawegewauk, NB. My own personal practice and teaching style has grown and blossomed over the years into something much more than simply a way to find strength and flexibility in the body. I feel yoga, meditation, and energy work are incredible ways to quiet and heal the mind, body, and spirit to find a deeper connection to inner peace that lies within us all. It gives me great pleasure to be able to follow my life's purpose and share this gift of movement, mindfulness, relaxation, re-connection, and healing with others.
