Earlier this year I was a little annoyed with the deer 🦌that chomped on my very new sunflower 🌻

I was envisioning one bold, giant flower to emerge in full force in the Fall, but it was a gonner… or so I thought!

This little plant went with the flow and found a new way. It branched out into two stems, and then produced an absolute abundance of beautiful flowers for us to enjoy instead! 🥰

This is such a great reminder that sometimes things don’t always go the way you think they should, but often times they work out even better than you could ever imagine! 😍

There are a few spots left in Sussex (Tuesday evenings and Wednesday mornings) AND classes are starting up this week in Norton on Wednesdays at 6pm. 10 weeks for $180 taxes in.

There will also be a few extra things happening post yoga in Norton over the 10 weeks, starting at 7:15pm. Mark your calendar 👇

Our Story

I was introduced to yoga early on as I curiously watched or practiced with my mother throughout my childhood. Once I myself became a Mother I was drawn back into Yoga applying the principles on and off the mat and have now been teaching for the last 5 years after graduating from Amana Yoga in Nawegewauk, NB. My own personal practice and teaching style has grown and blossomed over the years into something much more than simply a way to find strength and flexibility in the body. I feel yoga, meditation, and energy work are incredible ways to quiet and heal the mind, body, and spirit to find a deeper connection to inner peace that lies within us all. It gives me great pleasure to be able to follow my life's purpose and share this gift of movement, mindfulness, relaxation, re-connection, and healing with others.
