We are OPEN during the pandemic and conducting most visits virtually - either by phone or video. We are still seeing patients in person under certain circumstances. Do not come to the clinic if you don’t have a pre-booked in person appointment.

To request an appointment, please call us as required during normal business hours (705-429-4801) and you will be advised as to the type of visit that will be conducted. For prescription refill requests, please have your pharmacy contact your physician. We will not respond to requests via Facebook.

Please NO walk-ins to keep everyone safe. Our new phone system should be completely done by the end of the week. The best way to reach us until then is by email and emails will be returned within 1 business day...

Due to the covid 19 outbreak, our clinic will be conducting all appointments via phone to make sure we can continue to care for our patients safely and and effectively. This means during your scheduled appointment you will receive a phone call at your home from the doctor.

We are continuing to review former patients of Dr. McInnis and contacting patients who will be rostered to Dr. Mintz. If you don't receive a phone call keep looking for a doctor at this time.

Former patients of Drs. Loiskandl will be contacted and rostered to Dr. Clayden. Due to the high volume of patients we are onboarding this process will take time. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding.

**Attention former McGinnis patients** We have finally received the the list of patients that were on Dr McGinnis' official roster from the Ministry of Health. Our staff will be going through this list and contacting patients directly to book a Meet and Greet with Dr Mintz. We do not have control of who is or is not on this list. If you do not receive a call in the next 8 weeks, you were unfortunately not on his list. You can still contact us to join our wait list but we are unable to take on more patients at this time.

**UPDATED** How to book your Meet and Greet appointment

If you are a former patient of Dr McGinnis or Drs Loiskandl, you can book your appointment with Dr Mintz (taking on McGinnis patients) or Dr Clayden (taking on Loiskandl patients) 3 ways

1. In person - 940 Mosley St, Monday to Friday 9-4

2. By Email - mosleymedicalcentre@gmail.com
Please include your name, phone number and your previous doctor's name only (do NOT provide confidential medical information). We will call or email you as soon as we are able to book you in. We are unable to answer medical questions via email.

3. By phone - Our new phone system will be installed shortly and until that time, our ability to answer calls is limited. If you call during normal business hours and are unable to take your call, please email us your information or come into the office. Our system will be unable to take voicemail messages going forward.

We are having technical issues with our phone system at present and a new system will be installed soon. Until then, the voicemail recording will be changed by tomorrow to allow messages. We are experiencing a very high call volume, so if we cannot take your call and you are a Loiskandl patient, please identify as such and leave your name and phone number and you will be contacted in the next few weeks. Alternatively, if you can visit the office in person we can collect your information and book you in for your Meet and Greet before you leave. Thanks for your patience.

If you currently do not have a family doctor, we invite you to join our waitlist by calling the office at (705)429-4801. We’ve already committed to taking on patients of three existing practices and our capacity to take on new patients will be evaluated over the next few months. We will do our best, but unfortunately cannot make any guarantees that we'll be able to accept new patients at this time. Alternatively, you can sign up with Health Care Connect online or by calling 1-800-445-1822 to have them help find you a family physician.
