🛁✨ Spiritual Self Care Saturday ✨🛁
When the energy feels heavy, I turn to one of my favorite ways to reset and recharge—here’s my personal cleansing ritual 🧖♀️🔮
🌸 Step 1: Incense & Intention
I light a stick of loganberry incense—its fresh, fruity scent instantly lifts my mood and sets a peaceful atmosphere.
🪷 Step 2: Sacred Soak
I run a hot bath and add a few drops of lavender or chamomile essential oil for their calming and therapeutic effects. A sprinkle of Himalayan salt helps draw out toxins and allows the body to absorb magnesium and iron—hello soul and skin renewal!
🌬️ Step 3: Breathwork in the Bath
While I soak, I tune into my breath. Inhaling slowly through my nose, I visualize my breath filling every inch of my body—from my crown to my toes. As I exhale through my mouth, I imagine releasing all tension, stress, and stagnant energy.
🧘♀️ Step 4: Reflect & Reset
After my bath, I cozy up in bed for a Reflect & Reset meditation—a gentle way to realign with myself, check in with my energy, and clear my mind.
