🎉🍂 Fall is in there air and with that brings, so many exciting new classes and events to Evermore Yoga & Wellness! 🍂🎉

✨ Kathy is retuning to the studio this Fall to offer an 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program!
There will also be a free information night on Monday, September 22 ✨

❓ What is MBSR ❓

A: It’s an 8 week structured educational program that teaches participants mindfulness meditation/practices/movements, and body awareness to manage stress, chronic pain and illness. The core of MBSR is cultivating mindfulness, which is the ability to pay deliberate, non-judgemental attention to what is happening right now, including thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations.

🌟 The goals of MBSR are to reduce stress and improve coping, enhance self awareness, and increase well-being

🌟 Please note that registration is not through MindBody and to please check out the poster for details and registration information

✨ From Angela’s personal experience - I took this program with Kathy 3 years ago and will be taking it again as I learned so much about myself and how by body unconsciously reacts to situations. I also learned how to bring mindfulness into my daily life to reduce stress. The best part…this program can be covered through health benefits!! 🎉
