Care Opinion Canada recognizes one of our own!
We’re proud to recognize Shelley Dickson from McLeod River Primary Care Network as our Responder of the Month.
At Care Opinion, we know that responding to patient stories is just as important as sharing them. Thoughtful, compassionate responses show people they’ve been heard, valued, and understood and help build trust in the health system.
Shelley’s response is a powerful example of this in action. She acknowledged the courage it takes to share an experience, reflected what mattered most, and reinforced something deeply important that every person deserves to feel seen and valued.
When responses are done well, they do more than reply they support healing, strengthen relationships, and turn feedback into meaningful connection.
