Trigger Point Bodywork Trigger Points are found usually in the belly of a muscle. They can be caused by injury or trauma, repetitive strain, muscular abnormalities, and stress.

I have been practising Holistic Healing techniques for over 25 years. I started studying Trigger Point 4 years ago. I have been working with Trigger Point clients for over 1.5 years in Whitecourt, AB.
