Spinach and Brie quiche is a delicious breakfast or snack I have every once in a while. My friend brought me this quiche one day after I had my youngest. I’ve been making it (with some alterations 😋) ever since.
I used a pie crust that’s premade and frozen spinach instead of fresh because that’s what I had around and it was easier to plan to make this meal for me. I definitely put more Brie in it as well 😜
