A once-a-month yin & live music experience — closer to a concert than a class. •YINSOUNDS•

Three facilitators creating the experience together:
• sound healers
• musicians playing live (hang drum, gongs, bowls & voice)
• one of us is also a yoga teacher guiding the yin practice

We’ve been creating and performing together for a few years, blending slow yin with live music, deep sound layers and moments of stillness.

Our session includes 45min of super easy and relaxing yin yoga with beautiful hang drum music played live by . After the yoga you will get to enjoy 45min of the sound healing we facilitate with & . We will be playing gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, percussions, hang drum, and you will hear some singing too.

This is an evening of deep holistic RELAXATION and nervous system reset.
