Classes always end with a relaxing Stillness section so Groove perfectly nourishes the mind, body and soul. I look forward to welcoming you and creating an awesome Groove West Lothian tribe.

Hey, what day is it as I'm totally confused? 🤣🤣 I've had a wonderful few days filled with family, laughter, food and fun including a wee overnight in Glasgow to see the panto at the King's (brilliant!!) 🙏🎉💕🥳 I hope you've had a lovely Christmas too be it hectic or relaxed 🥰
