“Laura, can you explain Innerdance?”

I could try.
But it would still fall short.

Because Innerdance isn’t something you explain it’s something you enter.
It’s a remembering.
A return.
A reckoning.
A resurrection.

It’s not a method. Not a class. Not a healing “modality.”

It’s an initiation.

You come as you are.
You lie down.
You surrender.

And then
everything starts to move.

Maybe it’s breath.
Maybe it’s shaking.
Maybe it’s tears you haven’t cried in years.
Maybe it’s rage, laughter, stillness, light, memory, fire.
Maybe it’s just the silence you’ve been aching for.

There is no structure.
No goal.
No one leading you anywhere.
Because your energy already knows the way.

I hold the space.
The sound moves.
And you — you meet yourself.

And in that meeting…
You are held.
You are supported.
You are witnessed — not for who you’re trying to be, but for who you truly are.

It’s raw.
It’s deep.
It’s not always comfortable.
But it’s real.

And it’s yours.

This space is a temple.
And choosing to lie down in it is a devotion.
To truth.
To release.
To remembering that your power was never outside of you.
Not ever.

So no I can’t explain Innerdance.

But if your soul is stirring, if your body feels it…
then maybe it’s time to stop searching and start surrendering.

• Everything in the Universe, including your thoughts and feelings, has its own electromagnetic field and frequency.

• The emotions you feel—positive or negative—determine your vibrational frequency. In turn, you attract people, situations, and circumstances that match that frequency.

• By shifting your feelings and raising your vibration, you can change the frequency you emit. As a result, your external reality will transform to align with your new vibration.

I want to take a moment to thank everyone who attended tonight’s Inner Dance. Your presence and energy made this evening truly magical.

I’m sharing a poem and artwork from a talented artist that beautifully conveys the spirit of this journey. The message in it speaks deeply to the heart.

Even the earth waits for the kisses of the rain to heal its wounds. The heart of the tree beats, which dried up, blows desolate on the dust. Seek water deep in the roots.
