Come and spend a deeply relaxing evening exploring the gentle yet powerful healing energy of rose quartz — the crystal of unconditional love.
Often known as the ultimate heart healer, rose quartz supports emotional release, softens self-limiting beliefs, and helps open the heart to compassion for both yourself and others.
During our time together, you will be guided through gentle meditation, supported relaxation with rose quartz placed on and around the body, and the soft nurturing glow of pink light therapy to create a calm, heart-centred healing space.
You’ll also learn simple and meaningful ways to work with rose quartz for self-healing and to share its calming energy with those around you.
Each participant will receive a rose quartz pebble to take home and continue their heart-healing journey.
