The kids took over the Hub and turned it into a little world of magic ✨
The kids gathered for Storytelling Night with the wonderful Lindsay, who introduced her beautiful book Andy’s Braveheart — a story all about exploring big emotions and learning how to share how we feel. The book is perfect for parents and kids to bond over a little storytime, with fun activities woven in to help spark conversations.
We mixed in some calming breaths, a splash of creativity with drawing, and of course… hot chocolate and 🍪 ☕️
Such a wholesome evening filled with courage, imagination, and little hearts opening up. 💛

Last night sessions - was a space held for just men. Where they got to become still, present and go inwards. It’s funny how there is perceptions around our work ‘it’s just for women’ - no! We all need it - balance & harmony. Men feel too! And it’s about time they softened - because us women need them as equally as they need us! Men are naturally hardwired to always do, strive, accomplish - in today’s world ‘so are women and it’s leading to an imbalance! In us all - and it dims our light! Shine on folks!
