Plantar fasciitis is a painful condition affecting the thick band of tissue along the bottom of the foot.
This connective tissue (plantar fascia) connects the heel bone to the toes and creates the arch of the foot. Plantar fasciitis occurs when this tissue becomes swollen or inflamed.

It can often be seen in people with high arches or people with flat feet.

The most common symptom is pain and stiffness in the bottom of the heel. The heel pain may be dull or sharp. The bottom of the foot may also ache or burn.

KCR will realign your body and help alleviate issues caused by overcompensating due to foot pain and/or changes in how you walk or run.
