Let’s be honest. Hitting your protein target isn’t always easy.
Most convenient foods are loaded with carbs or fats, and the good lean protein options often take more effort to prepare.

Then there’s the other side — additives. They’re in everything these days. Even foods that look healthy often come with preservatives, flavour enhancers, or thickeners.

But here’s the truth:
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be aware.

Focus on small wins:
✅ Add a high-protein snack each day (like Greek yoghurt, boiled eggs, or a protein shake).
✅ Cook a few extra portions of lean meat or fish for the week.
✅ Choose “mostly real” foods — but don’t stress if there’s the occasional label you can’t pronounce.

Progress beats perfection every time 💪
