I was introduced to my first Yoga Class in 1990.

It opened the door to the life long love of the practice and study of Yoga. A certified teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, my teaching style has evolved over the years and I draw on inspiration from my teachers, to whom I am ever grateful to, and from the many styles and traditions of yoga I have experienced. Yoga is all inclusive in that everyone at all stages in life can participate in some form or another. For me Yoga is about mind, body and breath being in balance, bringing harmony to our mental, physical and emotional states. BWYT Dip (500hrs)

My 21 Day Yoga Habit Challenge starts on Monday and today is the last day to sign up!
💛🙏🧘‍♀️

I'd love for you to join me to bring a little bit of yoga into your daily habits, building up to creating a healthy routine for body and mind.

Each day you will receive a short video of around 5 minutes to do at any time of day that suits. For the whole series its only £21! These will be on YouTube and will remain available for you to return to whenever you wish.

🧘‍♀️"THE 21 DAY YOGA HABIT CHALLENGE"🧘‍♀️

Starting middle of July 2025!

Short little videos direct to your inbox every morning for you to practice building more yoga into your life, for only £1 a day!

Studies show if you do something every day consistently for 21 days you will begin to form a habit. Which can then lead on to you creating a daily routine.

I've made these videos deliberately short, 5 minutes or under in order that you can comfortably manage to do them while waiting on your kettle boiling in the morning or maybe a little movement break in your lunch time. Another good time is the space between your day and evening. You choose what suits you!

Small manageable moments to move, breathe and stretch.

This series will be yours to keep so you can revisit any time you want to.

I love for you to join me in this yoga habit challenge. It will be fun!!
