I was introduced to my first Yoga Class in 1990.

It opened the door to the life long love of the practice and study of Yoga. A certified teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, my teaching style has evolved over the years and I draw on inspiration from my teachers, to whom I am ever grateful to, and from the many styles and traditions of yoga I have experienced. Yoga is all inclusive in that everyone at all stages in life can participate in some

form or another. For me Yoga is about mind, body and breath being in balance, bringing harmony to our mental, physical and emotional states. BWYT Dip (500hrs)

I just wanted remind you that my classes are for everyone regardless of injuries or ailments. It happens to us all at some point, even me.

What I don't want you to think is "Oh well I've got an injury I can't do yoga!"
