Always putting yourself second?

“45 minutes to focus on myself.”

Laurie is a mum, a wife and works hard every single day. Her time is always being given to everyone else but, 3 times a week, she chooses to give a little bit back to herself.

Not hours. Not anything unrealistic.
Just 45 minutes to reset, recharge and feel like her again.

Because being a great mum doesn’t mean losing yourself it means taking care of yourself too and Laurie always “feels better leaving Scope”
