🌿 Asha Wellness at Stronger Together Belfast Castle 🌿

We’re delighted to be a part of the Stronger Together Information Day for children with disabilities and additional needs at Belfast Castle on Monday 23rd March.

Our team from Asha Wellness Centre will be there offering mini holistic treatments and sharing information about the wellness services and community support we provide.

This event brings together local organisations, health services, and community groups to support families, carers and professionals who work with children with additional needs.

💫 Come along, say hello, and take a moment to relax with a mini treatment while learning about the support available.

✨ New Community Sound Bath ✨

Take a pause in the middle of your day and reset your mind and body with our Lunchtime Sound Bath every Monday at 12pm at Asha Wellness Centre.
The calming vibrations of sound help regulate the nervous system, release stress, and bring the body back into balance.

This session is open to everyone and offered on a £5 donation basis so that wellness and healing can be accessible to all in our community.

Come as you are, lie back, relax, and let the sound do the work.

✨ Wellness for Everyone at Asha Wellness Centre ✨

At Asha Wellness Centre, we are a not-for-profit community wellness space.
This means that every penny made is reinvested back into the centre to help us grow, improve our facilities, and most importantly make healing and wellbeing accessible to everyone in our community.

We believe that no one should be excluded from support because of financial circumstances. For this reason, some of our sessions will offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces to help make our services more accessible.

We will also be offering donation-based community groups so that anyone who feels called to attend can do so.

These will include

• A weekly sound bath every Monday at 12pm
• A monthly women’s circle on the last Monday of each month

🌿 Community Sound Bath 🌿

Starting on Monday 16th, we will be hosting a Weekly Sound Bath every Monday at 12pm, open to everyone in the community.

This session will be available for a £5 donation.

Sound baths can support:

✨ Deep relaxation
✨ Nervous system regulation
✨ Stress and anxiety relief
✨ Emotional balance

Our intention is to create a safe, welcoming space where people can pause, reset and reconnect.
If you feel called to join us, you are very welcome.
