Our care has been recognised as Outstanding by the CQC. From our office in Blackmore we provide care at home for elderly people in Brentwood, Billericay, Upminster and surrounding villages. The office is owned and run by local Upminster man Steve Willoughby who was looking for a business opportunity which would allow him to get involved in local life and give back to his local community. His company ethos is simple, to offer the best possible care to older people in the area, as well as providing support to their family and friends. Our Care Manager will put together a person centered care package tailored to meet the needs of each individual client. We then take time to carefully match our client’s needs to the experience, interests and personality of a Care Professional to provide the best possible service. Our team of carefully selected Care Professionals are kind, compassionate and respectful of our client’s needs and homes. Our Care Professionals are fully trained and we thoroughly check their background including obtaining 6 references and a full criminal record bureau check to provide extra piece of mind. We aim to provide the support needed for loved ones to retain their independence and remain in their own home for as long as possible. Ongoing Training = Exceptional Care 💚

We know that the best care comes from well-trained Care Professionals. That’s why our team undertakes essential courses in Dementia, Aphasia, Parkinson’s, End of Life, and Pressure Sores, ensuring they can provide the tailored support each client needs.

From supporting Mrs Smith with Aphasia to helping Mr Brown manage pressure sores, our Care Professionals have the skills and knowledge to make a real difference. All thanks to Gill, our wonderful trainer, who brings these courses to life with expertise and passion!

We will be attending the February Fun Day on Brentwood High Street on Thursday 19 February, during the school half-term.

Children can visit our stand to receive free gifts and enjoy a selection of fun games. The event will also feature a wide range of attractions from other providers, including animal handling, circus skills, face painting, magic shows, and a mini disco.

Activities will take place across Crown Street, the Baytree Shopping Centre, Brentwood Library, and throughout the High Street.

The event is free to attend, so we look forward to seeing you there 💚
