Meet Mark, a dedicated Care Professional with over 25 years of experience in care and a valued member of the Home Instead Brentwood, Billericay & Upminster team for nearly four years.

This short video offers a glimpse into a typical 2-hour companionship and home help visit, just one of the many services we provide and the meaningful difference those two hours can make.

From prepping lunch together and helping around the home to sharing stories over a cup of tea, Mark brings warmth, dignity and reassurance into every moment. Our visits are designed to encourage independence, provide genuine companionship, and give families peace of mind, allowing them to take important time to recharge, knowing their loved one is in safe hands.

Alongside companionship and home help, we also provide personal care, medication support, and live-in care. We always tailored to each individual’s needs.
