I always conduct a consultation prior to meeting a client and then go over again prior to treatment. It's important to prepare and investigate potential conditions and medications before the treatment so that you are well versed in planning the treatment and having that knowledge to support the client as much as possible.

I hold a wealth of information through books I read and the support I receive from Association of Reflexologists who are always on hand to advise and guide if needed.

When choosing a reflexologist, please ensure they are a member of an organisation such as The Association of Reflexologists. They ensure that we are qualified and trained to their high standard. We are also committed to a specific amount of personal development, annually, to ensure we are up to date with the latest information and regulations.

All qualified practitioners will have the MAR after their name. You can search up an approved reflexologist on their website in your area.
