The Q***r Survivors & Thrivers Virtual Hangout is for space for to meet new friends, connect, share, and receive support. We welcome fierce advocates to shy listeners and everything in-between!

Each session is co-led by a dedicated peer lead and a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). Peer leads offer firsthand experience as young adults affected by breast cancer, while LCSWs provide emotional support, coping strategies, and guidance through life’s challenges.

Meets second Monday of the month at 9PM ET | 8PM CT | 6PM PT

To participate, you will need to have a computer, tablet or phone with a we**am and internet/data connection. If you are not able to connect with video, you can join by phone only.

YSC Virtual Hangouts allow young adults affected by breast cancer to connect with others from the comfort of your own home. Grow relationships with your peers who may share similar diagnoses, life experiences or treatment types.

The first radical mastectomy was performed over 140 years ago, in 1882. Since then, we’ve seen incredible advances in treatment—but still, there is no cure for breast cancer. Research is the key to changing that. This World Breast Cancer Research Day, YSC is shining a light on the importance of ongoing research and encouraging young adults to learn more about how clinical trials drive progress.
