🧡 Oh no 🤦‍♀️

🧡 My big toe nail is so painful and it's a little bit infected as there is a little bit of puss 😭 for now ive been soaking the foot in warm salty water but luckily Ryan Thomas Podiatry will be visiting me later and sorting out the problem ... for now 🤞

🧡 Unfortunately this is an ongoing problem with my toenails as they don't just grow up they curl into the sides of my toes too... there is a name for it 🙈 it's SO painful when it gets to this stage and the only way to solve the problem is for an operation 😭
