Bennett’s Funerals are honoured to be arranging and supporting the family of Mark Reed for his forthcoming funeral which will be held at:

St Thomas’ of Canterbury Church, Brentwood, CM14 4DF
on Friday 8 August 2025 at 2pm
after which there will be a private crematorium service for family only.
Friends, colleagues and family are invited to:
The Bentley Golf Cub, Ongar Road, Brentwood, CM15 9SS for refreshments and to share memories from 3.30pm
Please feel free to wear bright colours or something that Mark
would have known you for.

One of our lovely New Era members, Graham, offered to host a little summer garden party yesterday for all the New Era members!

Our Ramblers truly enjoyed and appreciated the sunset walk at Warley yesterday along with our friends at and

Graham Clegg led us on a gentle tour of Ellen Willmott’s garden, sharing insights about it’s history and the beautiful flowers in bloom.

We concluded the evening in perfect summer fashion, gathering at the Thatchers Arms for drinks and chat.
