12 weeks post op 🥹
What a crazy journey this has been…
1st June 2022 I started my weight loss journey with the 1:1 Diet
23rd December 2022 nearly 7 months later I had lost over 7 stone
2023-2024 I maintained my weight loss with healthy eating but now wanted to share my story and help others - I became a 1:1 Diet consultant myself
April 2024 I went for my first plastics consultation, instantly I knew this was what I wanted for the next part of my weight loss but set myself a target to loose an additional stone
Fast forward to January 2025 I hit my weight loss goal and decided I was now ready for this next journey.
Today I am 12 weeks post FDL tummy tuck, muscle repair & liposuction. This without a doubt has been the most challenging experience I have ever been through both mentally and physically but I am so proud of everything I have accomplished over the past 3 years.
Weight loss is so much more than just physically loosing the weight, the hardest part for me was the mental side of things - even though I knew I had lost over 8 stone I found it so hard to physically see this but here we are 12 weeks post the biggest challenge I have ever put myself though and I finally see the results I always dreamt of 🫶🏻

Anything is achievable with the right mindset- I had my goal set from the beginning and I can finally say I 100% achieved that 🥹
