More veggies!!! Now having courgettes, strawberries whoppers, raspberries, celery not so nice, tomatoes galore, cucumbers and peppers on the way. All grown in flower beds and all healthy and no, no additives or pesticides. Have had to use plastic bottles over my courgettes to stop the slugs 🐌, the little devils. -choices

Worries should be treated with the same disdain as Spam. Discarded and thrown in the Trash never to be seen again. Instead we invite them in to our thought space making us feel miserable and anxious, or both.

As issues in life pop up, the question to ask yourself is ‘can I do anything about it now’? If the answer is ‘NO’ then let it go. What is the point in worrying about it if you can’t change it, it’s just boring old Spam again.

Typically we hold on to our worries in the hope of finding a solution. FALSE HOPE your getting ‘duped’, your being hoodwinked again by ‘Spam’. What-ifing never helped anyone.

Free your inner self and engage in your future potential by utilising your life’s ‘Trash’ can. Move on and forward in the moment. Have some fun it’s worry free Sunday - whoopee.

Well after a strange month where I experienced a lull in the number of referrals the problem of my domain name going down has been rectified. It seemed I disappeared off google with my website not being accessible, luckily for a relatively short period of time.
Apologies to anyone affected by it but a good outcome has been the realisation and fixing of what went wrong.
Planning some interesting blog entries, coming soon - covering the role of CBT in treating children and Body Dysmorphic Disorder.

Well I am enjoying a holiday with temperatures in the 30's here in Spain. This encouraging me to take life at a slower rate, break with routine and appreciate the people and atmosphere around me.
Giving time to things reinforces how time is such a precious commodity and bright sunny weather such a feel good factor.
With such torrential rain in England I am not concerned about the state of my garden, it will no doubt have turned in to a jungle for my return. Such delights.....

CONTROLLING RELATIONSHIPS
Throughout the year different themes emerge in referral patterns.
At present it is distress caused by power and control in relationships. Bullying, blame and negativity leading to feelings of hopelessness, helplessness and self criticism. Resulting in extremes of unhappiness and sometimes self harm.
Hanging on in the name of LOVE.
But is it???
People who love us enrich our lives, bring good things to our table. Support us and are fun to be with. Laugh at our mistakes and encourage our endeavours. They help us see the world through coloured spectacles and fill us with positivity.

So what's your LOVE like, could you be deluded about it and need to invest in and take responsibility for your own happiness and future.

If (relation) SHIPS have sailed recognise it and let them go....
