I have worked extensively with Physiotherapists in private clinical practice since 2013. In private practice I have undertake clinical assessment, soft tissue therapy skills and provide rehabilitation programmes. I have experience in treating a wide variety of patients : Amateur and Professional cyclists, National and International Athletes and Dancers, Office Workers, Retired and Elderly People,
School children, and patients with Neurological conditions. I also support Physiotherapists & Occupational Therapist in the NHS covering; Neurosurgical Wards and have experience in Critical Care, Surgery and Respiratory, orthopaedic, medical, stroke & frailty. I am registered with the Institute of Sports & Remedial Soft Tissue Therapists, Sports Therapy Association and Associate Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. I use a combination of sports therapy and soft tissue techniques, such as remedial massage ,myofascial release, acupuncture, dry needling, and established osteopathic techniques along with providing individualised remedial exercise programmes to enhance recovery, regain strength, encourage good movement patterns and return the body to full function. I enjoy my spare time as a racing cyclist, competing at masters and veteran level and previously competing at national level. I have a good understanding of the training requirements for many different sports. I am also a qualified British Cycling road and track cycling coach. I have worked as a part time session coach at the London Velodrome and regulalry coach and ride lead on training camps in Majorca and other cycling events such as the Ride Across Britain.
