While queuing in the supermarket this morning, I noticed an elderly gentleman in front of me holding a small bunch of roses. I wasn’t holding space or working psychically…just standing in line…when I suddenly felt a loving female presence beside me. Spirit whispered that the roses were for his sister’s birthday.

Moments later, he spoke to the cashier and mentioned he was off to visit his sister’s grave to lay her birthday flowers. Spirit never ceases to amaze me… even in the most ordinary moments. 🌹

This morning I had the pleasure of sitting with such a lovely soul for a reading. The main message that flowed through was so uplifting, a true reminder to embrace life fully. 🌹

Lately, the world has felt incredibly heavy. The news has been filled with heartbreaking events, and so many of us are carrying deep emotions…sorrow, worry, anger, even loneliness. If you’ve felt shaken, you are not alone. I’ve been feeling it too.

In these times, Spirit reminds me that even in the darkest moments, love is the constant thread holding us together. Though the collective energy may feel overwhelming, we are never truly disconnected. Each act of kindness, each prayer, each loving thought adds light where it is most needed.

Tonight, I’ll be sending healing energy, love, and light out into the world, for those suffering, for those grieving, and for all of us who are navigating these uncertain times.

✨ This morning I shared a really special conversation with a family member who is exploring a new career path. Naturally, he felt that familiar pull of doubt and fear…the “what ifs” that creep in when we’re on the edge of change.

As we talked, I reminded him that fear is only an illusion. It isn’t truth, it’s simply the mind’s way of keeping us in the comfort zone. But our soul knows better. Our intuition is always whispering the way forward…if we’re willing to listen.

I felt drawn to pull an angel card for him, and the message couldn’t have been clearer: let go of fear and follow your heart. 💫

There’s no right or wrong decision, because our path is already written. Every step we take, even the ones that feel uncertain are guiding us exactly where we are meant to be.

I was celebrating at a family wedding yesterday and could feel the presence of my close ones in spirit who wanted to celebrate with us and raise a toast. Their love is never far away. 💫

✨ Butterflies and Spirit Signs ✨🦋

Over the past few days, I’ve been noticing butterflies appearing around me, not just once, but repeatedly, and in the most unexpected moments. Each time, I felt a deep knowing that Spirit was gently trying to get my attention.

Today, during a very emotional and meaningful group reading, it became clear why those signs were coming through. A beautiful soul in Spirit, a father, came forward so strongly, bringing comfort, validation, and love to his family.

The butterflies were his way of letting me know he was near, preparing for our connection, even before the reading took place.

Spirit speaks in quiet ways…through nature, through nudges, through those "coincidences" that hold deeper meaning. These signs are not random, they are your loved ones saying, “I’m still here.”
