As we welcome 2026, we would like to extend our heartfelt wishes for a peaceful, hopeful and bright New Year to our family, friends, colleagues, clients and the wider community.

The past year has been an incredibly difficult one for many, and we wish to take a moment to acknowledge those who have experienced loss. To the families who entrusted us with the care of their loved ones during such an unimaginable and emotional time, we offer our sincere gratitude. It is a privilege to support you, and we thank you for placing your trust in us when it mattered most.

We would also like to take this opportunity to express our deepest thanks and appreciation to our dedicated staff across our seven Gloucestershire branches. From our funeral directors, arrangers and service operatives, to our administration team, memorial consultant and management — your unwavering kindness, professionalism, compassion, empathy and attention to detail do not go unnoticed. Your commitment to supporting families with dignity and care is truly valued, and we are immensely grateful for everything you do.

Please be gentle with yourselves, and know that it’s okay to feel whatever you need to feel. Taking a moment to sit with your emotions and seek comfort in your own way is an important part of caring for yourself during this time.
