Looking to compete in the ice with a chance to join the IISA Team GB in the Europeans in February 2026? Look no further, registration opens on Thursday at 7pm for this Decembers IISA GB Championships at Stonehaven Lido in Scotland. Don't miss out, you'll have the opportunity to race against some of the best ice swimmers in the world. Coaches please share with your swim squads it's a great chance to showcase their talent.

NEW LIDO TO LAKE 2025 - OPEN FOR BOOKINGS!!

As another Cheltenham Lido cold water season draws to a close, I'm now offering my Lido to Lake sessions at the beautiful Lake 32 Outdoor Centre (just outside Cirencester) for everyone who would like to continue cold dipping in a safe environment. The next session, now open to book, is Saturday 1 March at 12 noon. NB Tow float required, but I will loan you one for the coached session. See you at the lake!
