F is for Fluorite

QUICK REFERENCE: clarity, decision-making, mental enhancement, alertness

SPIRITUAL: Fluorite helps to bring structure and focus to incoherent energies. Emerald helps you to act from the heart, of unconditional love and compassion, and also inspires courage - an emotion that comes from an open heart.

EMOTIONAL: Emerald is the perfect stone to assist in recovering from a broken heart. It reminds us to give love not only to others, but to ourselves, too. Emerald clears the emotional body of patterns of victimisation, and the rejection of personal power, he brings vitality and freshness to both the emotional and physical heart. C is for Celestite
