Today is International Self Care Day! 🤗💕
Here are a few things you could do today to increase your self-care and help bring in some positive emotions.
- Spend time around animals. Give your pets extra cuddles!
- Set time aside to read a book.
- Buy yourself flowers.
- Speak kindly to yourself and others.
- Get glammed up or put on your favourite outfit!
- Listen to your favourite music. Maybe even a positive podcast?
- Relax and take a bubble bath.
- Treat yourself to your favourite food.
- Make time during your day for that well deserved cup of tea.
