Pilates combines strength, stretch, breath and holistic principles, can’t say we Zumba dance but Pilates does feel good, not forced and at your own level!

Pilates safely increases strength and stretch if needed, relieves chronic health conditions, like arthritis, asthma, particularly those involving musculoskeletal pain, by improving core strength, flexibility, and posture.

Key conditions that benefit include chronic back pain, osteoarthritis (knee/hip), osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, and multiple sclerosis. It also helps manage fatigue, improves quality of sleep and addresses bad movement patterns or habits that may have led to pain in the past.
