It's been a while since I updated my website or even worked with clients in my own therapy space.

I'm usually seen and heard running Drum Circles or Sound Journeys around Cheltenham ( and occasionally Carlisle).

Today, I decided to take some new photos to update my website and pages.

My next task is to work or feel the new wording.

The past year has taught me not to let ego get in the way ( both by playing small or by being TOO BIG).

My thing since I was very young has always been truth and authenticity.

We can grow, we can change, but BS will always catch you out.

Standing in your truth, your authentic self, you don't need to completely follow others, you don't need to dress a spiritual way ( whatever that is) . Know your strengths and you know your weakness, never stop learning. You are never complete. You can change direction, you can stop doing the "thing" that felt right 10 years ago or last year. If it no longer resonates, stop doing it.

Always continue to work on yourself. Embrace your shadow. Speak your truth. Be your own "guru", let's face it there are many in the mbs field who are in a field of bs and they believe it.

Shine your unique light. Don't be afraid to follow your intuition, in fact embrace your intuition.
