Looking for a tip to celebrate Samhain with Love? 🎃🧙‍♀️

Here's a ritual you can try tomorrow, October 31st. 🙂 This Samhain ritual is designed to let go of what hasn't been good and invite positive energy for the new year.

You will need:
👉 a pencil
👉 2 blank pieces of paper
👉 a fireproof container (ceramic or metal)
👉 3 bay leaves

On the first piece of paper, write down in detail everything that wasn’t good this year and that you want to release. This could include people, situations, emotions, health issues, or anything else. Finish with: “So it is, for the good of all” and sign your name. 🙌

On the second paper, write in detail everything you want to attract into your life, such as love, health, prosperity, etc. Finish with: “So it is, for the good of all” and sign your name. 🙌

🔥 Light the fire in the container and burn the first paper, focusing on your intention to release all negative things you’ve written about.

When the fire goes out, move on to the next step.

🔥 Light the fire again and burn the second paper along with the bay leaves. As you watch the flame and then the smoke from the leaves, concentrate on your intention, reinforcing your wish to bring all that is positive into your life.

7 THINGS THAT AFFECT YOUR VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY

1 – YOUR THOUGHTS. Every thought you have sends out a frequency to the Universe, and that frequency returns to its source – you! So, if you hold onto negative thoughts like discouragement, sadness, or anger, all of that comes back to you. That's why it’s so important to manage the quality of your thoughts and to learn how to cultivate more positive ones.

2 – THE PEOPLE AROUND YOU. The people around you directly influence your vibrational frequency. If you’re with cheerful, determined people, you’ll likely share in that vibration. But if you surround yourself with negative or gossipy people, be cautious; they might lower your frequency, making it harder for the law of attraction to work in your favor.

3 – MUSIC. Music is incredibly powerful. If you only listen to songs about death, betrayal, or sadness, these can impact what you vibrate. Pay attention to the lyrics of the music you listen to; they might be lowering your vibrational frequency. Remember, you attract into your life exactly what you vibrate.

4 – WHAT YOU WATCH. When you watch many shows filled with disaster, death, or betrayal, your brain absorbs that as reality and releases chemicals in your body that can lower your vibrational frequency. Choose to watch things that make you feel good and help you vibrate at a higher level.

5 – YOUR ENVIRONMENT. Whether at home or work, if you spend a lot of time in a messy, dirty, or unattractive space, it will also affect your frequency. Improve your surroundings, organize and clean your environment. Show the Universe that you're ready to receive more by taking care of what you already have.

6 – WHAT YOU SAY. If you complain or speak poorly of people or things, it impacts your vibrational frequency. To keep your frequency high, eliminate the habit of complaining and criticizing others. Avoid making drama or playing the victim. Take responsibility for your life.

I wish for you to heal from your fears, fears and insecurities. The uncertainties life handed you one day and that you face every day when you get out of bed and keep going. I wish for you to heal from those wounds, wounds and disappointments that you have silenced, those you never complained about, but still feel deeply within.

I wish for you to heal from the past that still lingers in the emotional scars you carry without complaining. May you heal from the apologies you never received, the appreciation you were never given, the thanks you never offered, the fair recognition that was never granted, from all the times you deserved the best and it never reached you. I wish for you to heal from those pains you swallowed, silenced, and cast aside.

I wish for you to recover from all the times you said you were "fine" when you really weren't. The times you swallowed your tears, anger, sadness, disappointment, and smiled so the world wouldn't see your pain, or so your smile could make someone else happy. "When they tell you that you're crazy, remember that on a 6th of November, a Queen was born—Joanna of Castile—who was never crazy, never!

Joanna was married off at 16 to a young man they called “the handsome one” (Philip the Handsome), even though he wasn’t. (According to portraits, he was quite ugly.)

From the very first day, this man enjoyed the company of all the ladies at court. Joanna, logically, got angry because she demanded the respect that wasn’t given to her. Not as a woman, not as a queen, not as a wife. And that's why they called her crazy.

When her husband died, Joanna claimed the throne of Castile, which was rightfully hers. But King Ferdinand, her own father, did not want Joanna to reign. So, he decided she was crazy and locked her up.

Joanna was still young and very beautiful. The king feared she might marry again and find a man who would support her in fighting for the throne. Better to keep her imprisoned...

When her son, Charles, visited her, they say she 'graciously' handed over power to him. A lie! Charles forced her to sign and left her there—imprisoned!

Joanna was a cultured woman, who spoke Latin and wrote poetry... But history called her Joanna the Mad, not Joanna the Prisoner.

Joanna of Castile is one of many women whose true voice history denied.

ON THIS NIGHT....
From this eventide, October 6th, to tomorrow eve, October 7th, is one of the ancient Greek Feasts honoring the Goddess Hekate. She is the Goddess of the Crossroads, at which we may find ourselves several times in this life. She is the Goddess of Thresholds, the ending of one thing and the beginning of another. As such, She is Goddess of Liminal time - dusk and dawn, and when you place yourself "between the worlds". She is the Guardian of dogs and puppies. She is the Protectress of women in childbirth, and babies. She is the Empress of the Sea, the Sky, and the Earth, and as such is the matron protector of sailors. She is the guide of those transitioning from this world to the next in death, and as such is the One to invoke in all matters of travel and Transition.

The traditional offering to Hekate, known as Hekate's Supper, is left at a crossroads where 3 roads meet, to both honor her and to ask for blessing. In a basket or cloth, place a piece of meat (usually lamb), 3 eggs, a brick of cheese, and a small loaf of bread. A bulb of garlic is sometimes added. You may add something personal to you if you wish. Bless them. Take the offering to the crossroads, place it on the ground and call the name of Hekate three times. It is said that when you call Her name Her presence is with you immediately. Say whatever prayer you devise, then turn and walk away, never looking back.

Incense honoring Hekate are myrrh, frankincense, and sandalwood.
