If anyone is having the weight loss injections I am now able to offer products to help keep up your nutritional intake. The injections cause suppressed appetite and often people are going a long time with no food at all. This means little nutrition. The 1:1 products cannot be used for weight loss alongside injections and I am unable to offer advice on weight loss but it may be something people may want to consider alongside their injections to maintain a good a good balance within their body. Also after injections finish it will be a good a good way to maintain weight.

Sharing today some feedback I have had from a client who has started on the 1:1. Most people have said oh the Cambridge diet. Living on shakes! Don’t you miss chewing food? . This is not the case! So very proud of this man. He started his weight loss journey mid September and has lost an amazing 4 stone. Jason and his wife Jemma have been the most amazing lovely couple I have met. They are fantastic positive people and they have stayed so focussed together whilst on plan. To say thank you Jason for being so determined and for sticking wholeheartedly to the plan. You deserve this keep on doing what you are doing . You are an inspiration . Well done and congratulations for this fantastic achievement 🥳🥳

What one day on step 2 looks like 3 product plus 200 calorie evening meal. I cooked this salt and pepper chicken tonight it was delicious and filling. Great way to lose weight. Plenty of satisfying products to keep you feeling full throughout the day. So much choice and lots of great recipes.
