Are YOU an informal carer?

We discovered during Dementia Action Week 2025 that there are lots and lots of "unpaid / informal carers" that do not even realise they ARE "carers".

There is lots of help for someone who is an unpaid carer, but you need to recognise you are a "carer" before you can access this help.

If you are a "carer" for someone with dementia, please contact the Information and Education Service (IES) for information and support on 0800 694 8800

We had a great carer education ‘Next Steps’ last night at The Fritchie Centre - our fourth Learning About Dementia Together session.
