Taking care of your body is beneficial to your mental health.

It’s that time of the year again when the kids go back, Summer has come to an end and we sn**ch a moment to reflect on routines and new habits and focuses…
Self-care means different things to all of us.

But it can't come to fruition until we truly begin to put this on our deserved agenda.

It's about putting yourself at the top of the list and understanding and working with your body to give yourself the rest you need and deserve.

We work with clients to allow them to start peeling back the layers of understanding how their body is currently operating and what red flags we can see or not and then putting together a plan to redirect your body to better health and optimise self-care to help facilitate that.

NEW CLASS 📣 HATHA

I’m super excited introducing Nikki who will be sharing her passion for Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation as a Hatha teacher with us. She’s a meditator in the Vedic tradition as well as a member of the Maharishi World Peace movement.

Nikki is passionate about helping people achieve a healthier body and calmer mind. 

As a teacher of Hatha Yoga, meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises) her teachings are inclusive and suitable for all levels, from beginners to those looking for more challenge without the speed and agility demanded by Vinyasa flow. In her classes the focus is on moving mindfully through simple sequences with long holds and deep stretches that integrate breath and movement to build strength, flexibility and balance.

Nikki’s Hatha classes will also involve relaxation and mindfulness to give your whole mind/body network time to rest.
