Training has begun for my next challenge, raising funds for . Having completed the in October & 2 weeks ago it was suggested by a few friends I should enter the in September to complete the London Classics. Having not swam since before lockdown 2 miles suddenly feels a long way 😬🏊‍♂️

Very proud to have completed for 🚴🏻💯 🏅 in under 6 hours. A huge thank you to everyone’s very generous donations which really spurred me on & will help make a huge difference to those whose lives are affected by epilepsy.

So pleased to have completed yesterday for such a fantastic charity . It was really special to meet & the enthusiasm behind this great charity. There is clearly a huge gap in the research & so many unanswered questions in the management of epilepsy. I feel proud that I’ve been able to raise over £2000 which will help fund further research.

I don’t know where to start with my thanks as there are so many people but a special thank you has to go to my amazing wife 🥰for all of her support throughout was has been a very tough year . Thank you to my amazing support crew on the day & , it meant so much to both Amy & I having you there. A huge thank you must go to my Mum & Dad who have been incredible throughout this year & also for having the kids over the weekend & enabling me to do this. THANK YOU EVERYONE for all of your messages of support ( I had to share a snippet of yours as it hit a cord & motivated me no end 🙏) . Finally thank you everyone for sponsoring me so generously & seeing me through this journey 🤗
