I see so many many people running because they think they should. They are not enjoying it, they are in pain & they don't stick with it.

I have been practicing Sports Massage for 12 years and in that time I have trained in Thai massage. I have found that Sports & Thai massage work amazingly together to aid in both rehabilitation and injury prevention Β£40 per hour
