Over the last 12 months, we’ve championed change ✨

We’ve shared powerful insights from government officials, parents, carers, alumni, students and staff, highlighting the challenges young people with disabilities face when transitioning from education to adult social care.

Together, we’ve showcased real outcomes and amplified calls for change 📢

Real change takes a community. Thank you for being part of this journey with us.

Thanks to a generous recent donation, we've been able to purchase two new table tennis tables! 🏓

'These tables are wonderfully versatile, supporting activities such as table tennis, polybat, and table cricket, among others. Their impact will be felt widely, as both students and staff will benefit greatly from the opportunities they provide' said Catherine Reilly, Personalised Learning Coordinator / Tutor.

Donations like these are a fantastic way for students to practise their communication skills, build confidence, and have fun together. Thank you to everyone who makes opportunities like these possible, your support truly makes a difference. 💫
