Something very exciting is coming your way soon….✨✨✨

Keep your eyes 👀 peeled because my beloved teacher Tina Pashumati James and i will welcome JANUARY 2026 with a magical practice in Cheltenham. This will be the start of something amazingly inspiring of what’s to come in the New Year!

The New Year celebration is open to young and old, for the active and not so active bodies. We will guide you seated on the chair or if you wish on the mat, the practice will be yours.

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu.
May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.

This Peace mantra is a chant that expresses a universal wish for global well being to all living sentient beings on this earth. It is a prayer that helps us to foster feelings of compassion, unity, and positive intentions for all. When we chant this prayer it cultivates inner peace, it dissolves the illusion of separation and creates a sense of oneness. A prayer of love and compassion; a reminder that true and lasting happiness and freedom can only come if we don’t cause harm and suffering to others.

Each one of us can practice this prayer every day, setting a positive intention to live a life where our thoughts, words, and actions contribute to that happiness and to that freedom for all.

I was preparing myself to do a headstand on the beach when the voice in my head popped up….

“What are you trying to do, who are you trying to impress, what is it you want to prove or achieve?”

Then I realised I am the knower of my own body; I live and breathe this human body.

This body has done many inversions over the years, it has proved and shown strength, endurance and resilience throughout my life.

I smiled inside, I have achieved to love and to listen to my body. My mind recognises I no longer feel the need to impress.

September’s almost here, and I’m looking forward to a new rhythm of life. Life’s continually evolving and so am I!

I’m looking forward to mentoring students in their practice of yoga; giving guidance and support on a more individual level to their personal goals and development.

Of course teaching yoga classes will be part of this year’s program, the joy of this exiting evolvement is that having devoted my life to the practice of yoga I am channeling my energy toward this new path.

I’ve spent some beautiful time away, even though the weather was grey and cold, I relaxed and reenergised. I traveled up north, explored and rested…nothing was a must and everything came so easily.
