The Awakening Breath - Conscious Breathwork
A four-week journey with weekly classes starting Thursday 7th May 2026 | 6.30pm | 60 minutes
A personal transformative therapy that creates the ability to change the way you feel and can reset your brain’s way of thinking, bringing holistic balance to body, mind, and emotions.
Who is it for?
Anyone wanting to learn focused, connected breathing, particularly those dealing with fatigue, anxiety, stress, low moods, or seeking inner healing.
What to expect
An active Breathwork class is designed to alleviate anxiety and stress. It resets the mental mind and clears the “chitter chatter” in the head. This unique, conscious breathwork slows your heart rate, lowers blood pressure, can help release stuck energy and reduce pain sensitivity.

What to bring?
Your own mat, pillow and blanket to make you feel comfortable (limited spare studio props available) and a bottle of water.
