Your Happiness - I created this because when asked, many women told me that they wanted to be happy in their own skin - not a specific weight or size - just to feel more confident, no matter what. My 8 week programme will help you work out your relationship with food and your body - you will also workout every week with simple exercises specifically designed for you to help you achieve your goals.

Nutritional guidance wil be given but I am willing to work with any eating plan you have chosen. I am a real advocate of lifestyle change - just going on a diet isn't enough if you have real issues around food. Changing the way you think and feel is key and exercise is key to making these changes. I have my own gym for 1:1 training and recently I have been working with small groups on Zoom. My classes are about exercising at your level and having fun whilst raising the heart rate and burning some calories! I am a qualified personal trainer

Beginners and Progression!!
I will be doing a 2 in 1 class (it works as this is what I do for my rehab groups) with ā€œbeginner/easierā€ exercises and a ā€œprogression groupā€ (harder!) you can choose which you want to do!
When and where!
Wednesday 6pm Northway hub
Thursday 11.30am The Fitness Studio, Bishops Cleeve
If I get enough people I will be adding another class on a Monday evening

Pay as you go £6.50 with a 1 off £10 joining fee - block of 8 £50 no joining fee!

The structure of the class will be
*weigh in
*30/40 mins exercise (warm up and cool down)
* 10 mins of nutrition and lifestyle motivation
Plus for those that want it there will be a 30 minute zoom class with chat about nutrition and lifestyle change on a Monday evening included in your membership

Looks like I make people work against walls - or they’re so scared they back away from me!!
I’m not scary at all - honest!!

These are my Wednesday 6pm at Northway Hub Tewkesbury and Thursday 11.30 at the Fitness Studio Bishops Cleeve - spaces available!

Classes are weight loss inspired - so the exercise you do is about building (toning) lean muscle and increasing your ā€œafterburnā€ so you keep burning calories when you’re watching TV!
Weight loss is a few simple rules - decreasing your carb intake from simple sugars, increasing protein intake - and of course increasing your weekly exercise - easy!

Well weight loss isn’t easy is it? I am determined that you will be successful when you train with me - I’ve even introduced an agreement for you to sign to say that you will lose weight (I know who would’ve thought that! šŸ˜‚) I’m currently thinking I might offer some money back if you lose a stone in 8 weeks but that might be silly - because of course you will!! 😜

You can just exercise if you like - follow your own diet and I’ll never mention it! šŸ˜‚
I am also offering ā€œweigh and goā€ until Easter just Ā£5 - pop in, weigh then go! You will need the info on the eating plan for this and I do need food diaries each week!

You can pay as you go until Easter if you like but please message me to let me know you’re coming!

My next term of Running for Weight Loss will be starting in 2 weeks - so:
If you want to lose a bit of weight and would like to start running or doing run/walk then this might be for you!
You get:
ā­ļø 8 running/walking sessions (using C25k and walk/run - 2 groups) we mix it up a bit for fun!
ā­ļø 8 weigh-ins

What I will say is that my groups are made up of women over 40 and beyond and who like a bit of a giggle while still working hard!

I will be doing a ā€œjust weight lossā€ motivational coaching course - no exercise for this one!
I’m aware that for some people, getting started in the exercise feels like a step too far and although I can adapt everything, it’s still too much!
So if you know anyone who could do with my ā€specialā€ help pass on the details 😊
I’m thinking Wednesday or friday mornings and initially at mine until I can gauge numbers x
